Conditions of use and reimbursement of gift cards and packages

1. Gift Cards

1.1 Use

  • Gift cards are only redeemable for hotel nights, packages or services.
  • They are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for cash or transferable.
  • Gift cards can be used in a single or multiple transactions until the balance is depleted.
  • Gift Cards must be used before their expiration date, where applicable (see Section 1.3).

1.2 Purchase and receipt

  • Gift cards are available in electronic form,
  • E-gift cards are sent via email within 24 hours of email purchase.
  • The purchaser is responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery of e-gift cards.

1.3 Validity

  • Gift cards are valid for periods indicated on descriptions from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • After the expiration date, the gift card is considered void and non-refundable.

1.4 Loss or theft

  • In the event of loss, theft or destruction of the gift card, it will not be replaced or refunded.

1.5 Non-refund

  • Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.

2. Packages

2.1 Reservation

  • Packages must be booked directly with the hotel via our website, by phone or in person.
  • Packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • A valid credit card is required to confirm a package reservation.

2.2 Validity and use

  • Each package is subject to specific conditions, such as the validity period, exclusion dates (high season, public holidays, etc.), and specific inclusions (meals, activities, etc.).
  • Packages must be used within the period indicated at the time of purchase. After this period, they will be considered void.

2.3 Modification or cancellation

  • Changes or cancellations of reservations related to packages must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date . Otherwise, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay may be charged.
  • In case of no-show, no refund or credit will be given.

2.4 Reimbursement

  • Packages are non-refundable once purchased, except in exceptional circumstances approved by management (e.g. government restrictions, unforeseen hotel closure).
  • Refunds, if authorized, will be issued in the form of a gift card or credit for a future reservation.

3. General provisions

  • By using a gift card or booking a package, you agree to these terms.
  • The hotel reserves the right to modify or amend these conditions at any time without notice.
