Agreement governing the use of the gift card

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas (the Gift Card Issuer) and you. It sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas Gift Card (the “Gift Card”). Purchase and use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which may be modified without notice.

GIFT CARD

The gift card is a prepaid, non-rechargeable card that can be used exclusively at Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas for accommodation services, packages and other services offered on site. For details on eligible services, please contact the hotel directly.

GIFT CARD VALUE

At the time of purchase, the initial balance of the gift card corresponds to its activated value. This balance will be reduced with each use and the remaining balance will be indicated on your receipt. The gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for credits or cash. Once the balance is used up, the card becomes invalid. The gift card has no expiration date. However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, a fee of $2.50 per month will be automatically deducted from the balance after 24 months of non-use.

TRANSACTIONS EXCEEDING GIFT CARD VALUE

For purchases exceeding the available balance, you can complete your transaction with another payment method accepted at Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas.

PROGRAM TERMINATION

Hôtel Expérience Quartier des Marinas reserves the right to terminate the gift card program at any time. In such cases, cardholders will be informed via the hotel's website of the terms and conditions for refunding available balances.
